Mail Blaster
In the admin portal you will see a feature for MailBlaster. This is a feature that will allow you to send a serialized emails to a list of contacts you provide, and will assign a list of user codes like coupons, vouchers, or passes to each contact. For more information on vouchers, defer to the Vouchers article.
You’ll need 2 HTML templates and 2 data files to use the MAILBLASTER feature in the portal, a HTML template file, a HTML item template file, and two CSV files.

Once you have edited these files to your liking with the necessary data, log into the admin portal and click on the MAILBLASTER tab on left side of the screen and it’ll bring you to this page.
Here, you’ll follow the steps, dragging and dropping the files into their corresponding sections.
On step 5 is where you add the vouchers or passes. You can use your own codes into the text field.
Theater Toolkit system vouchers will be automatically updated to show they have been issued when they are sent to a customer using the mail blaster.
If entering codes or vouchers, make sure to enter same amount needed from your contact list CSV file. You’ll receive a message letting you know how much you’re short if you didn’t enter enough.
Now select submit and be patient as the system emails a custom mail-merged message to each contact with their vouchers or passes.
The preview button will show you a generic sample of a random voucher or code you entered.
