How to add and edit FAQ's
To add a new FAQ to your site follow the instructions below.

Login to the Theater Toolkit Portal.

Navigate to the CMS tab, and within that section, choose the Content Items tab. The following will display:

Locate the FAQ section within the Content Items tab. Select the FAQ icon and a new window will open.

At the top left of the page, there is a + button. Select this option to add a new FAQ item.

A form is then displayed to be filled in:
- Name - is the the Category in which the FAQ is displayed.
- Title - is associated with the title of the FAQ.
- Sort Order - Is not used in this specific category of content and should be left at 0. Contact Theater Toolkit if further assistance is needed for the order in which the FAQ’s are displayed.
- Content - is the field where the text for the FAQ will display on the site.
- Type - will be left blank.
- Location - FAQ’s can be displayed at all location or at specific locations only. This section is where you would specify that option.
It’s important to note if you do not add a ‘Name’ to an FAQ, it will display all FAQs on the page without categories. This can be done if desired. When adding a new FAQ to an existing category, such as ‘Cinema Policies,’ the ‘Name’ should match the existing Category on the website.
How to edit existing FAQ’s
The portal displays FAQs by name category rather than by title. If the FAQ is associated with a name category, you will need to reference the ‘Content’ within the FAQ on the website to find the correct item to edit in the TTK Portal. For example, if the ‘Bag Policy’ FAQ needs to be updated, find the content on the website and match that with the ‘Content’ section within the portal.
