How to reset your RTS server after changes are made to films.
Anytime there has been changes to a showing (price, ticket type, etc.), you must manually restart the RTS server. If you do not restart the RTS server there is a possibility that the website holds onto the old data for an undetermined time frame and doesn’t update as quickly as preferred.
Restarting the RTS internet services for the changes on times or pricing adjustments you make. So that way the changes can be published to the API. Sometimes this is a good place to start.

Instructions:
- You need to Restart your Internet server.
- To do this go to: File -> Other -> Switch To -> Internet Server.
- There will be a button at the bottom that says, “Restart Internet Server”.
If restarting the internet server doesn’t resolve the issue after 15 minutes, it is advised to contact us at support@theatertoolkit.com and report the issue.
