[Galaxy Theatre] App Troubleshooting

Help! My app keeps requesting to "Update" the app!
The most common cause for this occurrence is if there is still the old decommissioned app installed.
How to determine if old app is installed:
- Go into [Settings] > [Apps]
- Navigate to the "Galaxy" section
- If you see a [Galaxy] app installed, it's likely the old app is installed
How to resolve:
- Uninstall any/all Galaxy Theatre apps off your device
- Install the new Galaxy Theatre app
Help! My App keeps loading/looping on opening!
This occurs if there's bad data that was loaded during the install process.
How to Resolve (steps may vary):
- Go into [Settings] > [Apps]
- Locate [Galaxy Theatres]
- Clear the App Data for the app (only use this method in initial install if issue occurs as it'll wipe any tickets saved on the app)
- [Storage] > [Clear Data]
