Resend Confirmation Email From RTS

You can resend emails from RTS to customers by going to Actions-Advanced Ticket Search. Then right click on the email address that you would like to resend. Select Resend email, then select if you would like to send to the same address or a different one.

When you are resending the Confirmation emails, you will need to load the data for the individual titles.

Steps

  1. Open RTS
  2. Select Title
  3. Select Pickup list to go back to the Pickup list
  4. Right-click and press Resend

Please note this sends the RTS email to the customer, and not the customer TheaterToolkit emails.
