Updating Seating Charts

Seating charts need to be updated one theater at a time, so while you’re installing another theater, we can get the configuration updated for the one that is complete.

The following steps are the best way to get the configurations loaded:

• Install the seats!
• Update layout in RTS/Vista
  • Remove the old layout so someone doesn’t accidentally pick the old layout in the future [it happens]
• Schedule a TEST show in that auditorium and let us know it’s ready to be updated
• We will wipe the current layout from that auditorium and import the new one
  • We can report issues so you can fix in RTS, or we can fix in our side for display
• We let you know that auditorium is updated, and you can schedule shows like normal.
